Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, a 20% cancellation and restocking fee will be
deducted from your total. You may only cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. After the 24 hour period, your
order will be in process as originally requested by you the customer, and no refund
will be issued. There are no exceptions.

Typographical Errors
In the event a shipping rate is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error we shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If you credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Availability
We make every effort to ensure that we have a full selection and plenty of stock of the products
our customers need. Occasionally, however, a scent or container you have selected may be
out of the stock. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately with the other available options.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax in the state of Wisconsin.

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no
surcharge for using for credit card to make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide your exact billing
address and telephone number the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect
information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed when you
place your order. Money Orders & Cashiers Checks- We accept money orders and cashiers checks in U.S. Dollars only.
Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check.

Return Policy
Of course, we want you to be happy with the merchandise you've ordered! If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.
1. The Shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless
the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us.
2. Candles that are burned are not returnable. All shipping materials must be returned with the item
being shipped back.
3. If your order was paid through Paypal, you must provide the Paypal transaction number in your correspondence.
4. We do not refund your money or exchange candles, if you do not like the scent. Please purchase
one of our sample tarts first.
5. We will not refund money for Free Candles that we may have included in your order.

Any Problems
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order please email us and we will deal with your
complaint on a individual basis.
Candle care and candle burning is a responsibility, please burn wisely! Rosegirls Candles shall not
be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased
from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase
from Rosegirls Candles signifies your acceptance of the aforementioned information
